Loner box. Ordered for delivery. Burger turned up with half the ingredients missing, fried were cold, drink wasn’t delivered. Tried to contact the restaurant only to have them read my message and ignore me. Abysmal customer service and god awful food. I’d avoid at all costs!

Exceptional quality buttermilk chicken burger really moist and tasty chicken the best ever fries don't know how they do it for the bargain price on the special takeaway menu but eat in. Friendly and helpful service from Sarah and Mitchem.
What a great value outstanding meal.

Wow. Had a loner box. Old school chicken burger, risk it for brisket, and tatter tots. Wife had the all about the beef. All really good. Ordering was a bit confusing, didn't realise that it's within the pub. Would of been a better experience to just order in the pub.

Ordered the collosal and the belly buster burgers, both were in edible. The fried chicken had the same taste as the chips which was old oil from the deep fat fryer, there was far too much grissle in the burgers, all went in the bin after 2 bites. It was the worst £40 I've ever spent! Never again

Absolutely amazing takeaway burger. We were having a beer at The Consortium and the landlord told us Chuck Burger would deliver to our table! I love a burger but their Cuban Burger was the best I've had in years. Highly recommended.

Our order never reached us. Friends who ordered after as got their food but waitress couldn't even tell which burger was for whom when she served them. We mentioned on 3 occasions that our food is missing but nothing was done about it. We finally asked for refund when our friends nearly finished their meals and we were still waiting. Refund was issued but we felt like nuisance, while it was us who should be annoyed considering the situation. Can't comment on food myself as didn't get my order but friends who came with us weren't impressed with their burgers - cold and flavourless, they enjoyed their skin on fries though :) I won't be coming back as service seemed really slow although venue didn't look busy, team was very unprofessional and it would seem that food was also disappointing.

Sorry but my burger as dry, pulled pork was tough, not tender which I was disappointed with as I had been looking forward to this for some while. The only success was the fries. Do not think I will be visiting again and definitely not the best burger in town, very mediocre.

Being ordering from here for a while now and I'm not sure what has happened but the portion size and quality has gone majorly down hill
It's got to the point now where I probably won't be ordering from here again in the future which is a real shame as the first few orders I've had were to notch

Sorry guys, but why does everything I order taste like it has been sprinkled with sugar? Fries, sweet. Bun, sweet. Chicken, sweet. It has always been the case but this time it was like times 10, I just couldn't eat it. I want my fries to be salty not sugary.

Thursday lunchtime, went in and sat down. No one to be seen (staff or customers) scanned the QR code on the table and got a message the place was closed 🤷🏻♀️

Absolutely incredible, easily the best burger restaurant in Louth. Chicken nuggets are incredible and chips are amazing, definitely my favourite at the moment

In arrival the staff member was having her lunch , no problems there but I'd never been before so didn't know how to order ect , she just said hi and walked out of the room as basically that's what it was a room painted black with a orange light , it's dark and feels dank , the waitress came through and said u need to order on the qr code , well as I'd never been didn't know that , so after numerous attempts , it didn't work , so after ordering food we waited a hour , when food arrived it was completely wrong , then when was rectified total wait 1 and half hours wasn't in the mood for it , wouldn't visit again was totally disappointed 😔

Food finally arrived over 1 hour 40 mins after order. Food cold and taste terrible we threw it in the bin. That black crispy thing I’m the picture is suppose to be a chicken nugget.

Order placed at 7.24 and still waiting at 8.50. Not answering phone and delivery said 30 -40 mins. Poor should of gone else where

Good but not worth what the burgers cost. Bristol have a burger chain called Oowee Diner, which seems to be what this restaurant has based it's menu on? But Chuck Burger is nowhere near as good, and is more expensive

Needs to seriously up their game if they are to survive. £9.50 burger and chips needs to be top quality , however this was poor. Chicken fillet burger overcooked, it was actually black. Chicken inside was DRY. Chips very soggy. Disappointed. Lower the prices and move to a cheaper premises or employ a decent cook.
